How do I make a reservation?
Please use our reservations link on our site to request your stay with us!
Is it possible to get an early check-in or late check out?
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Arrivals before 3:00 p.m. are generally not permitted unless there is availability. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Departures after 11 a.m. are generally not permitted unless there is confirmed availability ahead of time. This restriction sometimes comes as a surprise to people who are used to staying in hotels, motels, and resorts. We love to keep our property superb for our guests and our cleaners need the time in between stays to clean our property to such a level.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel 7 days or more before your arrival date, you will be refunded 50% of the money you paid minus a $250 processing and marketing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 6 days of your arrival date, including early check outs, no-shows or inclement weather. Traveler insurance can be purchased and is highly recommended. Please contact your preferred insurer.
What is a vacation rental property, and how does it differ from a hotel?
Vacation rentals offer an alternative to traditional hotel, motel, and resort accommodations. The primary advantages of vacation rentals are lower cost, privacy, and larger space. Our property allows the entire family to stay under the same roof in private vacation rental. Our vacation rental offers more a lot more space and amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen and more private swimming pool and hot tub. Whether you're looking for a family getaway or a romantic weekend for two, Casa Claudio will fit your needs.
How do I make a reservation?
You may either make your reservation online using our website reservation system, or you can find our listing on Airbnb. For reservations, call us anytime at (719) 29-RELAX.
When do I get the address of the home?
In order to ensure the privacy and security of all of our guests, we do not provide the home's exact address until seven days before your scheduled arrival.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, linens and towels are provided for you and your guests as well as pool towels. In addition, we provide you with a complete inventory list of the home's household items so you can pack for your trip accordingly!
Does the property have a washer and dryer?
Yes, we offer a washer and dryer inside the property.
Do I have to clean the home before departing?
We ask all guests to kindly maintain cleanliness of our property during their stay. After you depart the home, the housekeepers will arrive to clean the home. There is a $175.00 cleaning fee that you will pay when you make your reservation. Upon departure, you will be asked to load and start the washing machine with bath towels and linens. You will also be asked to load and start the dishwasher before you leave the home.
Is there a pool?
Yes! There is a beautiful heated pool and a spa located on the premises.
Does the property have wireless internet and a telephone?
Yes we offer both wireless internet and a land line for you to use at no charge during your stay(long distance charges apply).
Are late night check-ins allowed?
We do allow check-ins 24 hours per day. However, we do NOT provide guest support past 10 p.m. for after hours check-ins.
Do you require a security deposit?
We require that a valid credit card be on file at least one week before your scheduled arrival date. The credit card must not expire before your departure date. The credit card on file will be charged $500 during the week preceding your arrival. The $500 will then be refunded to you in full if it is determined that the home was left in substantially the same condition as when you arrived at the property. Additional charges to the card on file may occur if it is determined that your stay resulted in costs to the homeowner in excess of the $500 security deposit, or if it is determined that some activity of yours (or one of your guests) violated the terms and conditions of the Signed Agreement.
What do we do if something in the house breaks?
All guests are asked to notify us (the owners) of any damage done to the property, during your stay, before your departure. If there is an emergency situation please contact us immediately!
Are Pets Allowed?
No. Unfortunately, as much as we love animals, there are no pets allowed.
